HIGH COURT TREASON
Oh, yes ......... the LIES and
TREASON of the entire Australia JUDICIARY have
complete control over every "court"
throughout the length and breadth of OUR COUNTRY.
You, Mrs. Roxon, oversee it all.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?
Yesterday, at the counter of the High
Court of Australia, in Sydney, I tried to file an
"Application to show cause" and Claim the Relief "THAT a
Writ of Mandamus be issued ordering the District
Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia, New
South Wales, Registry, to sign the “Subpoena to
Produce documents” directed at Schon Gregory Condon
for “The complete file dealing with the affair of
the “BANKRUPT ESTATE OF JOHN WILSON – NSW 2466/7/6”
that the Hon. Justice Arthur Robert Emmett had not
approved on Monday the 19th of November
2012." on the Grounds that "The complete file dealing
with the affair of the “BANKRUPT ESTATE OF JOHN
WILSON – NSW 2466/7/6 contains documents
essential to the construction of my action
against Schon Gregory Condon, Case No: NSD 1792
of 2012 in the Federal Court of Australia, New
South Wales Registry".
The female staffer would not
file the documents and took it away for some 10
minutes. The a tall male person with the name of
MATTHEW GREY then came to behind the protective
barrier to tell me "Mr. Wilson, you are bankrupt and
you need to get the permission form you trustee
before you can file this application".... to which I
naturally replied, "For starters, I'm NOT bankrupt and
you're telling me that I have to get permission from
that fraud and lying thief before I can ask for
a Writ of Mandamus against that same lying thief who
stold $300,000-00 from my wife?"
These PERSONS are all SICK IN
THE HEAD!
They blithely DESTROY OUR RIGHTS
as they "endeavour to subvert and extirpate (our)
laws and liberties" (Bill of Rights 1688)
They are all EVIL!
You, Mrs Roxon, oversee the MOST
CORRUPT "JUDICATURE" IN THE WORLD!!!!
The attachment to this email of
"AUSTRALIAN JUDGES ARE FRAUDS" merely touches upon
their CORRUPTION & TREACHERY ..... only when
someone wants to STAND UP for their COMMON LAW
RIGHTS, does the full extent of their DEVIOUSNESS
and WICKEDNESS become obvious.
When
Thomas Jefferson said, " The germ of destruction of
our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body -
working like gravity by night and by day,
gaining a little today and a little tomorrow,
and advancing its noiseless step like a thief
over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the
checks of one branch over the other and will
become as venal and oppressive as the
government from which we separated.”, he
described the situation we have in Australia
to a "T".
The greatest THREAT to
these insane cretins is MAGNA CARTA 1215 with
its FOR EVER GUARANTEE of TRIAL BY JURY ......
which they are determined to DENY us, at every
conceivable second of the day
THAT is how they practice
their form of TERRORISM ..... oh, yes, they are
the REAL TERRORISTS destroying everyone who gets
in their way in their DEMENTED LUST FOR POWER.
AUSTRALIA IS A COUNTRY OF
SLAVES RULED BY THIEVES AND TRAITORS, as the
other attachment also touches upon.
......... and you, Mrs
Roxon, oversee it all .................... what are you going to do
about it?......... will you do nothing while the
BANKSTERS and their FASCIST NEW WORLD ORDER go
about their frenzied rampage destroying OUR
LIVES and the LIVES OF OUR CHILDREN?
