DEAN CLIFFORD LECTURE PART 1-YOU, YOUR RIGHTS, THE TRUST, COURTS, LAW AND MORE

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST (Australia), not being a lawyer, I defeated the Commonwealtn comprehensively because lawyers are trained to argue the meaning of legislation and not as to what is constitutionally applicable. For example, the moment you appear in court and state "I object to the jurisdiction of the court" then the onus is upon the court for the prosecutor first to prove the court has jurisdiction.   2. Our VELVET REVOLUTION should be to reclaim our constitutional and other legal rights and hold judges and politicians legally accountable.

    1. I agree that our duty is to hold others that seek to "serve" the community accountable for their actions. To that end, the "law" has to be sorted out so that the aforementioned have their roles defined in a manner that pleases the community will, and not the will of the few.
