FRANK O'COLLINS THOUGHTS ON U.C.C

Given the emergence of the U.C.C process with the OPPT movement, and all the debate that I have been witnessing between the Christian's and Max Igan, and other people around the net pushing the thesis/antitheses position, I decided to share Frank O' Collins opinion of U.C.C that he published in a Ucadian skype chat room about three weeks ago. Will it clear or the muddy waters is a question that only you can answer but I have a lot of misgivings personally about the U.C.C process. Feel free to offer your thoughts in the thread below.
"30/01/13, Frank O'Collins: =======================================
UCC Filings- The ultimate honey pot to federal US prison
In 2011 and again in 2012 about six to eight times I was asked about UCC filings.
Why not use UCC filings.  After all, in the introduction of the Ecclesiastical deed Poll (which was the first time in many years to reveal the purpose of the 3 thumbprints as perfected witness under the ancient laws of Leviticus (Bible etc), a huge amount of information was shared on the purpose, history and function of UCC, including how to avoid the immediate traps that have sent many dozens to prison.
However, what became clearly apparent was how the system was using UCC filings against people – even when legitimate.  What in effect UCC was doing was legitimizing the debt, therefore making it possible to be monetized, but reversing liability – usually against those that properly filed.
So, say someone filed perfectly (as many thousands have done) a UCC against a legitimate claim. The system prints off an ID. Two years later the debt is perfected, only now- it is against you as the original claim is denied. You get arrested and the debt is discounted against the court case and the system makes millions. Bizarre- yes. Madness- yes.
So, the promotion of UCC is of grave concern to me.  The last batch of people sent to prison on UCC filings have pretty much been finalized, why then such a rush to promote UCC again?  Is this the new batch being prepared?
By the way, the US SEC in conjunction with the FBI and other “agencies” have now proven international jurisdiction in arresting and detaining anyone, anywhere for a crime capable of being prosecuted in the US.  It is up to you.
Cheers Frank"

  1. So if the trustees that made the original filings all get arrested, does that make the claim invalid? the OPPT does not require anyone to make a UCC filing so I'm not sure exactly what Frank's concern is...

  2. Tim; in the courtesy instructions one of the suggested actions is to file against the respondent in UCC, in an effort to recover invoiced money.
